No group of child musicians has won more renown than the incomparable Vienna Boys Choir, founded by Emperor Maximilian I in 1498. Six centuries later, the famed choir boys continue to delight music lovers around the world with their pure, angelic sound that encompasses a vast repertoire, from Austrian folk songs to classical masterpieces. A Vienna Boys Choir performance is not just for classical music lovers, but a moving musical experience for everyone who hears them. This December, they’ll put on a holiday show full of the biggest, best sacred music, holiday hits, traditional carols and popular sing-along Christmas songs – all from the voices of angels.
